Another ES rule question.....

We are booked ES on the Magic next July, out of PC.

If we wanted to change to the Sunshine out of NYC, this far out, is there any penalty?

 

We booked during the 1/2 deposit sale.:rolleyes:

You will have a $50 per person penalty. The rest of the deposit will be held by Carnival until you book your Sunshine cruise. the amount of the deposit on the new cruise will depend on what sales are going on at the time of booking the new cruise.

 

When booking with ES, there is always a $50 per person penalty to cancel the cruise (which is what is being done even if you book a new cruise while still on the telephone). If cancelling after final payment date there are even more penalties.

Really don't want to cruise on Sunshine, but she's so close to home and she is going to HMC.:D:D

 

Might just suck it up and stay on Magic. She's got a great Eastern itinerary too. Just need to pay air, which we wouldn't have to do on Sunshine, but it's $300 more pp for the cruise.

 

Probably break even.......

Who would give up an opportunity to cruise with you? The LEGEND? Of COURSE!!!!!!:D:D:D ;)

Just trying to avoid the penalties. lol

Also, not hearing great things about MS Sunshine.

Also, keep in mind that to change if there isn't a current 50% deposit promotion you will have to pay the full deposit to rebook. Ponying up more money.
