How bad are the views of 2D balconies on the Reflection?

I hear the 2D balconies are badly obstructed - how bad are they? I'm in 6210.

In most two D's, the top of the lifeboat comes to the railing of your balcony. You can still see out, you just can't see down. Some obstructions are a little less severe than that, but most people Who have had them saythat it's not bad and they would book them again

That video looks more like the obstruction on an average 2c balcony. The 2d cat usually have a lifeboat up close to the hight of the railings.

I'd agree with this. Having stayed in a 2C next to the 2Ds on Equinox, if the pricing between obstructed and not was less than say, $60 , I think I would pay the difference though -- especially if I would want to take photos.

Hi, I'm pretty sure the video is showing a 2C not a 2D cabin.

I haven't seen many photos posted of a 2D before.

We stay in a 2C by choice because of less rocking at night being lower down, plus the easy walk to dinner of an evening.

I recall photos under the sticky about cabins. I believe 6256 were shown. I was booked in 6194 and saw images that showed the lifeboats and they were low without the white anchoring pieces.
