Joining the Celebrity Captains Club

I have completed my second cruise on Celebrity and intend to take another soon. I have had two emails inviting me to join the Captains club, I filled in the information on line and the message both times was you will shortly receive your membership number. Sadly both times nothing has come through. Am I doing something wrong or is this a known issue with the Celebrity IT systems? I rechecked the email when I entered it to make sure there wasn't an error.

Call the Captains Club number and they will give you a number on the phone. Should take five minutes.

Have you checked in your spam folder to see if the email went there?
