Does the Silhouette still have the Molecular bar and Cellarmasters?

I recall reading sometime back that the Molecular Bar was changed to Martini Bar.

 

BUT this is not from personal experience...but it will be in a few months!

We are on the Silhouette right now and yes, Molecular is still here!! We upgraded our drink package as soon as we found out!

No and yes.

 

Contract for the Molecular was cancelled by =X=, New venue coming over time (New World or something, open on a couple of ships).

The Molecular will be turning into World Class but I dont know when. I will ask today when we go down and try to post here if I remember :-)

Cellar Masters is also still open.

I thought so too!! Imagine how surprised I was when we boarded yesterday and on the ship schematic and the daily the Molecular is listed

Todays bar hours for Molecular are 5p-MN

I will try to remember to ask when they are closing on the Silhouette and come back here to post. :)

Ok, we checked out Molecular tonight and found out:

They are going to change but totally unsure of when

They cannot use the franchise brand ingredients BUT, they have a limited number of the original cocktails that they are still able to make because they were able to duplicate the ingredients.

They also have another page of craft cocktails. The bartender was really nice and offered to make a special craft cocktail not on the menu for me. It was amazing.

Here is the list of cocktails from the original Molecular that they are still making Casarita, Dragonfly, Pisce Cocktail, Tanned Russian (my fav from the old days!!) and Lucky Cat

The list of new coctails are

Grass is Greener

Improved Mojito

Two Dons Margarita

Blue Note Punch

Gold Standard

Gin Complex

The bartender states that Molecular is still making craft cocktails because everything is fresh there. No cartons of mix or juice.

My husband took pics of the menu for you but for some reason they are not uploading to dropbox. When I can get to them I will put them up here for you

Jewliana, what about the Passport Bar, is it still the same? I heard they were going to change it and you could order food there now. We always enjoyed a cocktail there before dinner. Thanks for the info.
