Looking for a cooking class in Roatan

I'd be interested in this also. Found a great one in Cozumel. It's held at a woman's home, she walks with you to the market and she purchases the items you're going to prepare. Back to her house for the preparation. She takes up to 6 people I think, but our day, it was just my SIL and me.

Yes, that's Josefina. She's great!

 

Unfortunately I don't know of anything similar in Roatan. Best bet would be to contact Rony at Rony's Tours, he's good at doing things outside of the usual haunts.

 

Victor Bodden may have an idea. At one time one of his drivers had family (mother/aunt/sister?) who owned a small place in Flowers Bay where he would take cruisers for lunch.
