Hotel with parking in Ft Lauderdale

This will be our first time to cruise out of Ft Lauderdale. Can someone recommend hotels where we will be able to leave our car during our cruise?

I know if you stay at the Embassy... book your parking through

http://www.airportparkinginc.com they charge $5.00 per day to park and transport to and from port up to 4 people... and closest to the pier.

I had booked the Hyatt Place in Ft. Lauderdale for an 8/30 sailing. As it turns out, there was a threat from Hurricane Erika and I was afraid of flooding. We ended parking at the port. But I had a deal for park and cruise for one low price. It is also close to the port.

I like http://www.parkingstay.com/p/ft-lauderdale.html for the map to get an idea of where the hotels are in relation to the port and for the chart that shows what the properties offer for free or for a fee. Unfortunately, the info has not been updated in several years though.

I stayed at Hilton Garden inn in Dania. They have parking and shuttles. Very nice hotel. Breakfast was very good also.
