No coffees are included in the UBP (there is even some confusion about whether Irish coffee is included...)

I have always been able to have Irish coffee on the plan so far. I didn't even know it was available and then was encouraged to order it by the waiter. Very nice it was too!

I'm also really liking your reviews and pictures. My very first cruise is in a Haven Aft balcony on the BA in 45 days. These awesome pic reports make me that much more excited for it.

Only problem is how addicting the haven is. The priority embarkation and debarkation themselves are so nice, it is so nice to start cruise without waiting to get on and being herded like cattle and since they make you leave at the end it is nice not having to deal with long lines to get off the ship. Everything in between is pretty great as well.

I forgot to mention, we won bingo on the first day. DH refuses to stand up and call bingo, so it was his card, we won with 3 other people, so the winnings were $61 instead of $240, but still nice to get the money back. I left a few minutes early to go to Wine lovers, so he was playing all of the cards for the last few minutes of the coveall bingo fo $2K. He said he did not know what he would have done if he had won.

We took a spa tour on the first day and she said something about refilling the pool in Bermuda, I didn't piece it together, but as others may have said the pool in the thermal spa was drained until after we got to Bermuda. I noticed that the hot tubs in the haven were not drained, but were closed as well. However, everything else in the theraml suite was working and people were using the spa.

Before we left the room, the butler delivered a notice that there would be priority disembarkattion for suite guests at 12:30 and we were to meet in the haven then.

No pictures can show just how blue the water in Bermuda was:

I had lunch at the ocean blue window on the waterfront before we left:

Could you compare the Casinos on NCL and Carnival? The machines and the casino programs.

I have always thought the casino program on carnival was better as the last several cruises I have received the drink card more than half way before the cruise was over. This time on NCL you could cash your points in for a $1.00 in slot play for every 100 points, which I don't recall doing that before. I have been offered casino rates on carnival ships, but not on NCL. One time I had a free drink card in my room at the beginning of the cruise, but that seems hit or miss, as the next time I did not when I had spent more money on the prior cruise. Carnival has also send me cookies and chocolate covered strawberries and the casino host came to see me once during the cruise on most cruises.

On NCL, I received the drink card on the prior cruise, but was never visited by the manager and have not received any offers.

I feel like the slots on carnival are looser, but the payouts seem to be bigger on ncl.

I like the layout of the casino on Breakaway the most, in some casinos, the machines are so close, and back to back, you can not pull out a chair without nudging someone, Breakaway's casino had plenty of room. The one thing I noticed was bar service was not as revalent on ncl.

I would have one the free drink card on this cruise, but since I had UBP, I did not bother.

Enjoying your review. I am a big planner too. I need to know about everything before hand. My family says they like to be surprised but as soon as we get going they look to me for direction. They call me their personal cruise director.

The weather on Sunday was nice. Both of mine are males and it is the best part of coming home. We have to spend 10 minutes with kisses and hugs when we get home. I try not to pack until the day before, because when they see the suitcases they know what is coming and give us the stink eye.

My cruise is a week away. I want to start packing but I don't want my dog to see the suit case :)

Thank you. I love the village, just walking around looking at the people walking their dogs makes me happy. I do lots of research and I heard about Jane, I made reservations for 9:30 and their were maybe 3 other tables. I had heard it got packed and sure enough a little after 10 it was filling up. At the end of every vacation, we do a "what was your favorite thing" DH said his chicken waffles. One of our friends last night came over and he said if he ever came into money he was going to buy a jet and fly up to NYC for brunch every Sunday.

I made a reservation for Sunday. I'll tell them alrichards4003 sent us. ;)

By the way, I was looking back through your pictures and I noticed that the pizza slice place was Pizza Mercado, a very solid NY slice pizza choice.

DH said he wanted to just show up once. We went to Toby Keith's in Las Vegas for a table. After that he was ok having everything planned out.

We enjoyed it, I figured all of the NYU students couldn't be wrong.

The original plan was to take the shuttle to horseshoe bay. With the later arrival we discussed and decided it would not be worth the travel time for a short amount of time at the beach. Instead we walked around the dockyard.

Afternoon treats from the butler

I went to the haven pool and hot tub, there were only about 5-10 of us there. We had a shore excursion of a sunset cruise planned. We met a couple in Maltings and talked too long, we missed the boat by about 45 seconds. This was very unusal both of us arrive anywhere 15-30 minutes early and we are never late. We went to Calico jacks

I'm loving your review. It's the first I've seen by someone who stayed in Greenwich Village. I live in the neighborhood, but I've never been to Jane. Seeing your pictures makes me want to go there asap!

I live in Texas and I feel exactly the same!

Also, I'll be in Bermuda on 10/25 and I'm wondering what you thought of Bonefish Grill's food. We're planning to visit the Frog and Onion, too, to try their beer.

Loving your review!
