The Courtyard Marriott in Dania Beach has a complimentary shuttle to (not from) the cruise port.

No free shuttle there. Worst cast is two taxis at around $20 each. Might be able to fit all in a minivan taxi, depending on luggage.

Speak with the concierge at the Marriott. He is fantastic and of course I can't remember his name :o. He should be able to assist in booking a mini van or a couple of cabs for you. I will be staying there in December and plan to just grab a cab to port.
