Nope, she wasn't able to get the OBC on the upsell. However, she did get us upgraded from an obstructed view cabin to an ocean view on the second leg of the B2B due to a significant price drop after final payment.

 

Heading to the ship in an hour. :D:D:D

The government moves slow whether it is the coast guard inspecting the ship or the INS looking for contraband. I do not mind the CG doing their inspecting because it is to insure my safety on the ship and keeps the crew honest. Last big delay I had was when the prior cruise arrived loaded with Noro cases, we waited several hours while they deep cleaned the ship. We could see them on the balconies with buckets, scrub brushes etc. Not wanting to get Noro, I did not mind waiting. Result was that I did not hear of any Noro cases that cruise.
