Sharehlder OBC verification

Does anyone know how Carnival notifies you that they have received your sharehoder info and credited your onboard acct? With Princess I just see it on my acct, thus far no evidence with Carnival...this is after 1 snail mail, 2 faxes and 5 phone calls! Seems a bit much!

I get an email from them letting me know that I will be receiving credit. It is then listed under Manage my account as a credit under your booking number.

The last few cruises they have responded to me very quickly. Usually within a week the credit was in my account and they sent an email advising me. I have never had to contact them more than once.

 

What did they say the last time you called?

We also get an email and without fail it is in the cabin when we get on board or later that night.

Good to hear that I should get an email. The last phone call (45 min) they aren't sure what the issue is! We have verified address & fax # multiple times but they can't seem t find the snail mail or 2 faxes!
