1643kellydog Posted November 4, 2015 #1 Share Posted November 4, 2015 I'd like some feedback from those on the Malt Shop cruise ending Nov 8......Are there performances every night and can one easily access these shows??? In other words, is the cruise worth the price??? Any negatives or drawbacks??? Can you find a performance each night and is there ample space??? Any feedback is appreciated...thanks so much

Any feedback is appreciated...thanks so much yes performances each night in the main lounge plus several of the smaller venues have shows going on At 11pm or there abouts there are shows in the Crow's Nest usually the Elvis impersonators ...good show The shows & MDR have assigned time You get early show (6pm) & late dinner (8:30pm I think) or early dinner ( 6pm) & late show (9 pm) Those that book onboard get reserve seating the other will have other seats that do not have a reserve sticker on them but you need to line up 30 min prior to get a good seat when the doors open They were talking about changing this system because of the complaints of having to line up early hope this helps
1643kellydog Posted November 13, 2015 Author #3 Share Posted November 13, 2015 Thanks for the reply although we have decided against the cruise---too much money.
hattack Posted November 13, 2015 #4 Share Posted November 13, 2015 take a look at the 2016 lineup...how many of the artists would you pay to see (on an individual basis), if they came to your town to do a concert over the course of a year...add up premium tickets for 2, a nice dinner, parking, gas, babysitting and you would probably treat yourself to a hotel overnight and post concert drinks..and remember if you saw them in concert in your town, your chances of meeting your favorite artists are remote...on the charter you would have several opportunites for interaction....if you would pay to see more then 3 artists in the line up then the charter becomes very cost efficient over the price of a regular cruise...fyi, most veteran music charter cruises would recommend to you that an interior or oceanview cabin works just fine because you are never in your cabin (because of the music activities) except to sleep, shower and change clothes (on a regular cruise a balcony becomes much more important)
