123Go non refundable credit

Has anyone had a problem paying the 5% at the casino to get any of this credit back in cash?

Somewhere I read that Celebrity was no longer allowing this but I have not seen anything definite posted.

I've read that, and the rules technically say this is the case, but I have read like 1 review that said they were declined, and hundreds that say it works.

But I was just on a 6 night repo on Summit, and had the all-in 123 package, with $300 OBC. I took my OBC out at casino and they didn't even charge me the 5%. I just said I needed money to gamble, they gave me the money.

I have never gambled on board or taken money from the casino cage, so not sure how it is supposed to work, but I was happy to not get the 5% fee. And I did it at 9:45pm the last night of sailing.

Never a problem! Just go to the casino and tell them how much cash you wish to withdraw. Easy peasy. No questions asked.

I tried to take my OBC out on the same cruise as Curt, but they would not allow it. Apparently, Mrs Evenpar went shopping

Maybe my secret was just asking "how do I get some money for black jack"...? :D

Why so many posts on cashing out OBC? Enjoy your vacation; buy something special, have a good bottle of wine, have a nice dinner.

Just FYI...maybe some don't need "something special",don't drink wine, and already have a dinner perk and just want to reduce the cost of their cruise.

We have $650 OBC on our cruise next month. We don't gamble, our drinks are free between the pkg and Michael's Club, and shopping on board isn't our thing.

It would be nice to use some of that credit to give a few well deserved cash tips at the end of the cruise.
