Enjoyed reading your review- especially of your port adventures.

 

We also like the Carlisle Bay beach area in Barbados- so close to the pier.

 

Great isn't it. I particularly love the ports where you can head off on foot feeling totally safe and stroll to the beach and through town soaking It in, makes me feel like I've actually visited the place rather than getting in and out of a cab!

I doing this cruise in April...thanks for the insight. I am interested in doing exactly what you did at a few of the ports so will pass this info along to the others I am travelling with.
