BOXING Ring?

I wanted to know if anyone knows if the boxing ring has been removed from the Independence?

Have any recent cruisers noticed as I was told they are removing them from Freedom-Class ships and will be sailing on Independence in Jan.

Hi Karmavacations, when I booked our cruise on 11/6/15 for this coming December sailing, the rep told me that there was a boxing ring. I hope she wasn't mistaken. DH and DS are looking forward to it!

By the way, about how far south of the windy city are you? We are about 200 mi south.
