Possibly Giovanni's and Sabor, but could vary by itinerary. Check the Cruise Compass.

Does anyone know if Giovann's Table is open on embarkation day and if so, what time it opens? Previously I reserved lunch there, but the website is not showing that it is open for reservations on embarkation for lunch?

Recent Cruise Compasses posted online show no specialty dining open on Freedom on embarkation day.

 

Sea days have been showing all three specialty venues open with Sabor and Giovanni's at $15 and Chops at $28 from Noon to 1:30 PM.

Royal's website no longer allows lunch reservations for specialty restaurants.
