And I have to imagine going back on Princess will be much better than NCL (my family just has experience on Princess and Carnival -- and Princess is definitely a step up). I can't remember seeing whether you're one of us "traditional dining" types, but hopefully if so, you can be seated with others going solo -- some in your same shoes. I hope it'll be a great experience for you.

Actually, I was pleasantly surprised on Dawn this summer. I sailed with some friends and it was so much better than I expected.

 

I'm not one to seek out 'those in my same shoes'. That is not the sort of table I'd be looking for. I have no wish to compare notes or hear of someone else's misery.

I've never had trouble making new acquaintances of all sorts and types. :)
