Hi everyone. I'm super excited to have just booked the Allure of the Seas (departing Ft. Lauderdale 10/16/16). As you may see in my signature, I have never been on Royal Caribbean. I'm going to immerse myself in research, but, in the meantime, if anyone would like to share any info or tips about the ship it would be greatly appreciated!

Book all your shows in advance, using your Cruise Planner on Royal's website. There is no set time for entertainment reservations to open, so keep checking this website periodically.

Since this is your first cruise on Royal Caribbean make sure you see the aqua theater show and the ice show. Both are great and different from the production shows you are accustomed to seeing.
