I have pre paid for the UN-limited internet 2 device package for an upcoming Navigator cruise through my cruise planner. I have never done any wifi package before and will like to know how it works.

1. Do I have to go to guest relations to get a password when I board?

2. Is the ship wifi still accessible when the ship is in port?

3. Does wifi work in your room or only main public areas?

The WiFi works all over the ship, including when the ship is on port.

 

Connect to the WiFi with your wireless device and go to any web page. You will be directed to a login page where you will enter your identification info, which includes info from your SeaPass card. You will then be prompted to create a username and password.
