flagger Posted October 2, 2005 #1 Share Posted October 2, 2005 Spent $16 for this yesterday, didn't even know there was a version #1. Where is the best place on an M-Class ship I could hide it?

bob278 Posted October 2, 2005 #3 Share Posted October 2, 2005 Right under the pool lounge chair you want to save. OR Under a chair at the captain's table. That'll teach them not to invite you!
rykersdad Posted October 2, 2005 #4 Share Posted October 2, 2005 Captains Table! Or Lounge Pianists Bench:)
superjerryw Posted October 2, 2005 #5 Share Posted October 2, 2005 Try to put in under your table in the dining room before your tablemates arrive...

goodml Posted October 2, 2005 #7 Share Posted October 2, 2005 Scope out your immediate area in the dining room the first night and find the crankiest most uptight person you can see. Get there early the next night and let the fun begin! :D
chessbriar Posted October 3, 2005 #8 Share Posted October 3, 2005 On the Carnival ship you dock next to. Oh wait, you don't need a machine to get those kinds of sounds from a Carnival ship. How about in set it up in one of the public facilities(toilets) for after the show.
masterbaker Posted October 3, 2005 #9 Share Posted October 3, 2005 We cruised with a group on the Brilliance that had so much fun with one of those. It went all over the ship and many people were targeted. It got a real workout in the elevators. What a riot!
claud925 Posted October 3, 2005 #10 Share Posted October 3, 2005 We had one on the QE2 (yes, the QE2) a couple of years ago .... hid it in a potted palm tree at the foot of stairs leading into the Crystal Room lounge. We sat at the bar several feet away. It was a hoot watching the wives descend regally down the stairs - trailed by their DHs - then turn to look scathingly at them after they've "let one rip".:D Not to mention the declarations of innocence from the hubbys .... This provided many hours of entertainment for us and our growing number of newfound friends at the bar (including the bartender).
superjerryw Posted October 3, 2005 #11 Share Posted October 3, 2005 It would be great if you could hide it near the stage in the theatre. You could set it off whenever the CD starts to talk.
covey Posted October 4, 2005 #12 Share Posted October 4, 2005 There's a new version called "supersonic"...I use it usually when interviewing potential new hires. I think yours will do fine for the many suggested uses you have received. And people have called me juvenile!
Whatanidiot Posted October 4, 2005 #13 Share Posted October 4, 2005 Hey, Why not use this as an air refreshener on a certain C.C. member's aft cabin oversized verandah, while she is sleeping on it??? Spent $16 for this yesterday, didn't even know there was a version #1. Where is the best place on an M-Class ship I could hide it?
Aussie Cruisers Posted October 4, 2005 #14 Share Posted October 4, 2005 Flagger, Good to know that you are a practical joker.... we are going to have a ball in January. I suggest you bring it to the CC party and see what happens. hahaha. Maybe you can lend it to me so I can get a place a the front of the queue when we need to disembark on the last day! I won't mind saying "Excuse me!" in a loud voice with Katy pressing the remote.... all the time moving more forward. We may be first off!
excitedofharpenden Posted October 4, 2005 #15 Share Posted October 4, 2005 There are MANY places you could use that, Flagger, but there is only once place for this, with the pool band playing the theme to Jaws. Phil

bananavan Posted October 15, 2005 #22 Share Posted October 15, 2005 I cannot say that I am always useful, but it is indeed a pleasure to be able to help point folks in the direction that is most amusing. :D The tough part is sitting on my hands while I have a party in my head with potential responses.
