Website issue?

Please forgive me I'm a new member on these boards! We are booked on Splendour of the Seas out of Dubai January 11th!

 

I haven't been able to access our cruise reservation on line since Friday, keep getting an error message that "we are unable to retrieve your booking information at this time." Anyone else having this issue?

I'm getting a "The requested reservation is currently being modified. Please try again at a later time." There is always something acting up on their site.

 

Also Chrome browser no longer works, I have to use Internet Explore or Firefox.:mad:

Yes! I had the same thing happen for over a week. I called RCCL, and the rep told me they were working on the issue but did not know when it would be fixed. After a week, it magically appeared and, so far, so good. You may want to call them, too, and let them know yours is not working. I hope it gets fixed soon; it is so irritating!

Also try getting in the "back way" by not logging in and just using the "Check-In" link:

It is not you, it is certainly them! The messages have been really coming thick and fast for the last few months, but website issues have been intermittent for years!

 

That is why the moment we have done final payment we try to do our set sail pass asap, and then breath a sigh of relief. It is not essential, and you can get luggage tags and do check in at the port, but from my memory it takes a bit longer to go through without it.

 

We had one reservation that never came onto our "my cruises" account, but we could see it through that check in link already posted.

 

The "being modified" message can be a bit disconcerting, but usually there has been no modification.

 

We also print everything we can including some screen shots along the way. It has come in handy in the past. Even if you print to pdf document and email it to a gmail or yahoo account. :)

Are you seeing a signature line on your set sail pass? I can now get into reservations but when I look at set sail pass there is no place to sign.

Sometimes the SetSail pass prints with no signature. Not a big deal, just sign anywhere on the page.
