Buying drink package on ship??

I am sure this has ben answered a million times but boarding Indy on Thursday and would love some help!!! We have OBC for $300 that we will use towards the two premium packages so won't buy until we board and have cash account. Do we have to buy package at a specific desk or just can purchase at any bar and have OBC applied towards debit. Thanks!!!!!!

There will be tables set up in the Royal Promenade selling the packages, dining, etc.

Anyone know if, God forbid, you don't make the cruise and pre-buy the drinks package. Would they refund you? Just curious.

Yes, they would refund drink packages, excursions, specialty restaurants, etc.
