Timsierramist Posted December 21, 2015 Author #26 Share Posted December 21, 2015 By the way, if you want to keep an eye on the weather during the days leading up to your cruise... I've got a page on my web site that is basically set up to monitor the weather at my most common cruise ports. It gives a good view of the weather at Long Beach, Miami, New Orleans, Galveston, etc. www.jimzim.net/Weather.html Definitily! Most So Cal residents shriek and melt in the rain. And drive 14 1/2 miles down the freeway in drizzle. But not me. A good rain jacket or poncho is all I need! I for one am welcoming our El Nino overlord on it's majestic visit to Southern California. Bring it on!

Timsierramist Posted December 21, 2015 Author #29 Share Posted December 21, 2015 How we deal with rain..... Indeed! But since I love the rain, I think i'll just climb the funnel and scream at El Nino (like my hero Lt. Dan) while the rest of the cruise ship passengers are panicking.
