Is Casino Open While Docked In Bermuda?

We are wondering if the casino will be open while we are docked in Bermuda? We are sailing on Anthem of The Seas, Oct 1 - Oct 6/16, 5 night Bermuda. We have read conflicting info, but we are pretty sure the casino was open on our last cruise on Legend of The Seas to Bermuda. Thanks for your help :)

I believe its only open at night. That's what I remember from our Sept 2015 cruise.

No, I don't think it will be open. We were on Liberty of the Seas in October, and one of the casino managers mentioned that Royal Caribbean decided not to continue with the license necessary to have the casino open while docked there. They did have a short-term license for a while as an experiment, but they didn't continue it.

Grandeur did not open in Bermuda last May. Was told RC did not want to pay the fees.
