Early Miami arrival

Hello! Boyfriend and I arrive in Miami at 6am on cruise day. Any ideas on how to kill some time before we cruise. Breakfast and a taxi ride will probably only kill an hour and we will have our luggage (a small suitcase each). Thanks for any suggestions!

One option is to just eat at the Miami airport. Another option is to have breakfast either downtown Miami or even at South Beach.

Reserve a room near MIA for the night before - let the hotel know that you will be checking in about 6:30-7:00 and ask for late check out.

 

Shower, nap, breakfast, a few mimosas :rolleyes:, a quick swim in the pool and then head to the port about 1:00.

I agree with this option. To add to it there is a hotel in the airport. Stay there catch a couple shut eyes from that dreadful hour flight so you will be fresh and ready for your cruise. Added benefit is You can then use the cruise transfer from airport to the ship later in the day.

NOOOOO! :( A taxi is much cheaper and faster than the cruiseline transfer bus - $27+tip for the cab from MIA to POM.
