I wish the temperature in the hot tubs could be a lot hotter.

I wish the Alchemy bar was more of a secret as now that the word is out, it's a very busy bar now.

I wish they could ensure that each cabin had a fridge

On Triumph in 2011, my daughter was bumped and fell down a couple flights of stairs because people stampeded into the dining room.

 

 

I'm sorry, I have to ask... How did she fall down "A Couple" of flights of stairs when there is a U turn between each flight? Was the crowd moving so fast she bounced off the elevators on to the next flight?

People not allowing a few seconds for their fellow passengers to Exit An Elevator before they rush & shove their way in..
