Cruise in in 32 days, no documents? Booked 1-2 weeks ago...

Recommended Posts

When I've gone through a TA, I've usually gotten them about 30 days out. If you haven't seen them at 2 weeks out, I would start calling RCI to find out where they are.

Last time I booked directly with RCI about 5 weeks before the cruise, I was told that my docs would go out that week. Well, about 4-1/2 weeks and several long phone calls later, they still had not printed my docs (or booked my airplane flights) because of an error in their system. I finally received my docs via UPS Overnight the night before the cruise.

You don't even need the docs to board anymore.

Do the SetSail Pass thing on the Royal Caribbean site online.

Pick-up Luggage Tags at the Pier, Just write your Name and Cabin Number, and Deck on the tags and bring your Id's and you are set board.

It's a snap!
