Post cruise survey

We all receive the survey a couple of days before disembarkation. Where do these surveys go and who reads them? I filled one out after the Southern Seas cruise in November/December 2015 and requested in the comments section to be contacted by Oceania, but have not heard from the cruise line.

We all receive the survey a couple of days before disembarkation. Where do these surveys go and who reads them? I filled one out after the Southern Seas cruise in November/December 2015 and requested in the comments section to be contacted by Oceania, but have not heard from the cruise line.

 

The shipboard supervisory staff read them and they are a large part of the crews' performance evaluation.

 

The Surveys which are not positive in nature are forwarded to the main office where they are collated to determine if the problem is a one off or an ongoing issue.

 

The Holidays don't exactly expedite matters, but when Oceania has puzzled it out, they will contact you. They take those surveys very seriously. :D

S&J -- thanks for the response to my question. Our last cruise on the Marina was 99.99% perfect, but that 0.001% still has me ticked off. Guess I will see if Oceania is able to determine this from my post cruise survey ;)
