If you booked through a TA you would need to contact them. RC will only deal with you if you booked through them.

 

It may be that the drink package is for new bookings only. You might be able cancel and rebook if necessary. Only your TA could really tell you depending on your original booking. Rules are also different for UK bookings.

How much will you use the package?

Is the current price above what you paid? If you rebook for the drinks you will likely get the new price.

 

Hi Paul,

 

Note that the OP is from Wales. Assuming that they booked from the UK, as per Grandma D's post they will probably lose their deposit if they cancel & re-book.

 

Is the RCI "price promise" a thing of the past?

Haven't heard it mentioned for years.
