I'm wondering if I could get opinion of which of these is considered the best Mayan ruin tour for a group of ladies. Yes, they are all fit. This will be the first and only time these wonderful group of ladies visit here so want to help them find one you all think is best for them. There are so many and some of the reviews on here are a tad dated so hoping to get recent reviews.

Have only been to Lamanai, which is fantastic, so I recommend that one.

A shipmate went to Altun Ha. The ruins are fine. The city tour, a time-filler.

Xunantunich haven't been to, but it's considered world-class. Long trip to get there, as is Lamanai. At Lamanai you go 1/2 way in a boat, which is different.

Cahal Pech is just being excavated recently, so that's a wild card.

we did Xunantunich this past August through Carnival. It is a long day, but worth every second. It was hot walking around ruins, but the guide got us in the shade for his talks at each point.

there are lots of stairs to climb up to top of tallest ruin... some people went up, others waiting down in shade. We went up, it was worth it!!
