mjkulp00 Posted January 14, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 14, 2016 I have honestly never even gone to see the spa on any of our cruises before. I have read that you can use the sauna and showers for free. Is this true? We will be on the splendor and the spa will be right above us so I thought we might use this a little more since we will have 4 in an interior cabin? I plan to go out the first day and check out the spa and amenities and maybe treat myself and daughter to something but was looking for feedback ahead of time Thanks
rludema Posted January 15, 2016 #2 Share Posted January 15, 2016 We were on the Fantasy in November and yes, the sauna and showers were free. :) Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
teddybear231 Posted January 15, 2016 #3 Share Posted January 15, 2016 I was recently on the Pride this past August and there was never anybody in the locker rooms. The gym was packed, but the showers and sauna/steam room were always available to use by myself (which was nice). And yes, they are free :)
Out of Iowa Posted January 15, 2016 #4 Share Posted January 15, 2016 When we've had four in an interior cabin with easy elevator access up to the Spa area, we've found it alleviates congestion when getting ready for dinner in the MDR. Send the guy/s upstairs! That leaves the cabin for the ladies' primping. Works well. Perhaps tmi...but we've had a cabin very near the forward Show Lounge before...that provides access to a large public restroom (we've got one family member who, at home, reads for long periods of time while in the restroom). These locations and nearby, free facilities can make an interior cabin all the more acceptable.
