I received mine online when I paid in full. Go to the end of your web check in, and hit continue. A PDF will come up.Print it from there.If you have a problem with the PDF, just call the MSC number, and they can add it to an e-mail.

The Online Check-In form that you print at the end is different than the e-Docs. You should have received your e-Docs which include the luggage tags to print via email. If not, you need to contact whomever you booked your cruise and have them sent.

 

That being said, you really don't need the e-Docs as you can show the Online Check-In form to security and the folks at the ticket counter where they keep it. However, they do contain some good information and also your luggage tags.

If you are booked through the Def Leppard charter for Thursday's sailing, make sure to contact them at reservations@defleppardcruise.com. They are really good about getting back to people quickly. I am booked through them for Thursday's sailing and just got the email last week with luggage tags and such. You may want to look back at the emails that were sent and see if there was an attachment on any of them.

I finally got it sorted out the other day. Their website doesn't match their computers so I had to call and have him put in my information for the Web check in even though I did it 20 times.
