A3 veranda suite 7117 only has one neighbor on side

 

It sounds like you're confused on several levels. This thread is concerned with Deck 7 on the O Class Ships (i.e. Marina and Riviera).

 

On those ships, Cabin 7117 is a Category B3 with an extended veranda.

 

On the R ships, 7117 IS an A3, but it definitely has two neighbors; it's just that one of them is an aft facing Owners Suite, so the two verandas don't adjoin.
