Drink package downgrade??

Does anyone know if you have a free select package can you downgrade it to the royal replenishment package? I do not drink alcohol and would rather have free water and coffee

I seem to remember that someone posted that they were able to do this but they did not receive any money back or OBC for the difference.

We were allowed to do this last year on the Vision. We spoke to one of the bar managers at the sign up stand on the first day. We didn't get any money back but to be honest as it was a"free" benefit I was not expecting to.
