All Inclusive Beverage Package and Gratuities

I know a gratuity is charged when you purchase a beverage package... Who gets that gratuity? Just the server that sold the package? Is it divied up to all the servers that I order a drink from? I don't want to stiff the servers that help me throughout the cruise..

We tipped extra to our regular servers at the end of the cruise.

The gratuities charged on the bill go into a pool for all servers to share.
