Breakaway reviews?

Our TA took a tour of Breakaway and he said the Splash Academy looked good but I know I would prefer a passenger's review of the new setup. Also would like to know how the new menu in the restaurants are and if the MDR menu has changed as well.

We were on the Breakaway for 14 days a few weeks ago and my kids aged 9 and 7 absolutely LOVED going to he kids club. They have scheduled and structured activities the entire day and the staff are fantastic. I didn't expect my kids to want to go at all but they begged us every evening to go for a couple of hours.

We were on January 3rd through 17th and my 8 year old daughter LOVED it too.

Was hoping for some new reviews of the 6-9 age splash academy and if entourage is 13-17 or 13-14 and 15-17 ? I'm not comfortable with my. 13 year old daughter hanging out with 17 year olds

I have the daily schedules for all of the age groups from the 14 day Southern Caribbean sailing January 3-17. I can post those for you if you want.

Hi Stellarose,

I went on the Breakaway in August to Bermuda and loved it. I am 23 but there seemed to be a lot of teens on the ship and they always had smiles on their faces. I went with my parents who are in their 60s and this was their favorite cruise they have been on (have been on 10+ cruises)

trying to convince the 60 year olds to do breakaway. I think summitt- which we did without teens, would bore my teens.

We were in Bermuda when the Summit was and met many people on that ship. Just as a heads up, we heard a lot of complaints about quality of service!
