Wine package on aboard Regal

We are sailing this up coming March on Regal. We are wondering if wine packages are available once on board ?

 

I have check everything from pre-paying them or thru the CC board.

I don't believe you can prepay for the wine packages. They are usually available on cruises of 10 days or more.
