Yes, you can do it any day. Now, if you make your account a CASH account when you do online check-in, instead of giving a credit card, they won't even charge you the 5%!!!

(I made $25 this way on the Anthem a couple of weeks ago! ;))

Hi Merion Mom, just way to funny! Hope all is well and would love to sail with you again soon! :D

I have experienced that there is plenty of availability the day you board. I arrive at 10:30am to the port usually onboard by 11:15pm and I go straight to book anything I need never had an issue. They save spot for everything so people who do not have access pre booking can still get what they want. Good luck and enjoy your cruise.

It would be nice if they could link dinner & excursion reservations monetarily to the Seapass account but I don't think they are quite there with their IT department (and may not be for some time).

It really isn't in Royal's best interest to have us use our OBC before we board...we would all spend less.

I have never had a problem getting a dinner reservation in a specialty restaurant. I usually book excursions online but after so many cruises, we are enjoying just taking taxis to the beach. Haven't booked an excursion for our upcoming Anthem trip yet, may just wait until we get onboard.

If there is leftover OBC on your SeaPass account, you can cash it out at the casino with a 5% fee.

They may not give it to you in cash. They may ask you if you want chips or slot vouchers.

Take the slot vouchers.

Go to a slot machine. Feed the vouchers into the machine. Play as little or as much as you want.

Cash out.

Go to the cash out machine, which will dispense CASH.

:)

Carol many folks don't know this little trick, but you are 100% correct! Keep missing you on ships, hope we catch up soon!.....K.O.:)
