you can hire a driver for the day

or

you can make arrangements for transport included with one of the resorts

or

you can take the ship Tabyana excursion.

Yeah, what Guest 2000 said above. We usually use Rony Tours or Victor Bodden. Go to West Bay Beach and West End Village (food and shops).
