Hamburg to cruise port

How far is the airport in Hamburg to the cruise port? NCL is doing some great looking Norway itineraries RT from Hamburg that I'm considering for next year. DH is handicapped so transfer options like trains don't work for us. We loved flying in and out of Copenhagen for our Baltic cruise - is Hamburg anything like that?

Hamburg airport is in Fuhlsbüttel, which is approximately 8 miles from Hamburg Cruise Center. The is a S-Bahn (tram) but I would suggest getting an accessible taxi or airport transfer:
