Does anyone know if Anna and elsa make an appearance on Disney Dream 4 night?

They don't have an appearance out and about. But you can pick up tickets to their Meet & Greet once onboard. Just check the Navigator you get at check in for location/time of ticket distribution.

One note - on occasion Anna or Elsa may have pressing business in Arendale, and won't be onboard, but the other will still be available.

Their meet and greet is a ticketed event (free, but must have ticket). You get the tickets after boarding...on our cruise they were at Guest Services, but on other cruises they have been at Port Adventures. Check the Welcome Aboard Navigator (available in the terminal) for the location on YOUR cruise!

The tickets are given as a certain number of people every 15 minutes. You must show up on time or "too bad, so sad." The nice thing is that there is very little waiting and your family will have a couple of minutes with them for photos, autographs, or whatever.

Just to add: While in line for Anna and Elsa tickets, a Cast Member came down the line letting us know Princess tickets were gone, but there would be enough Anna and Elsa tickets for anyone who wanted them.... so never fear!

Seriously?

Has CC become the Disney Mom's Blog, or was this meant for the DIS?

The CM Character performers may injure themselves onstage when performing other Character roles or get sick, so they will either be in their crew cabin resting or confined in case of GI.

Sorry if that spoilt it for any 6 year olds that read CC.

Does everyone in the group need a ticket? Or is it one per family? Do you need a room key get tickets? I'm trying to figure how many of us need to go to the desk.

One ticket per cabin (they will ask you how many people will be attending and print that number on the ticket). They asked for our room number, but we didn't have to show them the KTTW. However, since each person HAS a KTTW, that's no problem either if they ask to see it. If your family has more than one cabin, you will still get one ticket per cabin and need one person per cabin to go to the desk. To get the same time, you'll need one person from each cabin to go to the desk together.

The computer does track cabin numbers, so you can only attend once per cabin.

You mean that girl that showed me how to wear my life jacket at the muster drill was really Anna in disguise?
