Body pillows?

Does anybody know whether body pillows are available on board? I found a very old thread from 2010 saying that one could get a body pillow by asking the butler or stateroom attendant, but I'm wondering whether that's still true. Andy posted that his butler called the bolster/barrel pillow a "body pillow," but I can't imagine actually sleeping with that. Are traditional body pillows still available?

I don't know about actual body pillows. But the pillows on the bed are quite long. Here's a picture of one.

(I think it is upside down, but you can still see how big it is!)
