NCL gift shop

Has anyone ever ordered from there? I have tried 3 times over the past year. Most of the lower price stuff I want is out of stock. I wanted to get a tote and put some of the luggage tags, cup, etc in it but they are always out of stock.

Has anyone had experience with this? How often do they actually get stuff in?

I just placed an order for 9 Norwegian Getaway lanyards and key card holders, shipped the same day I ordered. I paid for 3 day shipping as the site said 7-10 business days for processing. So the order placed on Monday arrived today.

On my recent cruise on the Breakaway, the Future Cruise Consultant was giving away lanyards (albeit, with a plug for NCL Mastercards on them)....

 

They had the plastic key card holder's attached. They read: "Norwegians Get All The Credit", NCL Cruise Line logo, and a picture of the credit card, alternating their way around the lanyard.

 

I received mine after I purchased future cruise credits from him....not sure if a purchase was required, or if they would give them for the asking....

I am so sad that the prices on the gift shop dont come with a 18% gratuity for our convenience of course...Mr Del Rio please fix this immediately...there must be an extra service charge or sth like that on every purchase..after all its ncl
