How to get Voyager Club and/or web account?

OMG, I thought Royal Caribbean had a bad website.

OK, I go to the msc cruises USA website

I "login" with my booking #.

I find my profile and click the:

Become a Member

I enter the information and at the bottom it says:

Please sign up to complete your registration to My MSC Area

and has a field for Password and another field for: Confirm Password

Right above that, it says: Coupon Activated underneath my name.

OK, I ASSUME it wants me to CREATE a password, so I enter something in, and click Submit.

Get an error:

<li class="error">Subscription failed

Now, I got an email from MSC welcoming me. In "My Profile", I have a Voyager club member #.

If I try to login, it won't let me, so I clicked the REquest password. Well then it says my email doesn't exist (but yet they sent me email welcoming me to MSC).

So maybe they need me to create a Web Account?

So I "Login" via my Booking #, find the section that says:

Create a Web Account

Put my info in, and its says email address already exists.

WTH?
