Flights and Transfers

Anyone used RCI flight and transfer service and had the same unorganized planing, flight from Adelaide to Sydney 9:00am arrive Sydney 11:25am Shuttle bus transfer departs 11:20am and the next shuttle bus departs the airport at 1:20pm (we are in a suite with priority boarding). Nearly 2hrs wait at the airport I'm sure blind Freddy could do better, not a good start for first time with RCI I hope things get better, normally sail Princess.

Yes I have had bad experiences. Prefer to take a taxi if at all possible rather than rely on transfer arranged by cruise company. Also learnt from recent experience that booking a private transfer through RCI created more problems and uncertainty than doing it myself.
