I booked a cruise on the Breakway around 10 months ago for this October. At that time the promo that I choose was the UBP.

 

Where can I find that information online? When I go to My Account, it states that I have sailing in 215 days but I cannot find anything on my promo, balances, OBC. The cruise was booked through a TA.

Thanks, I found it. I didn't scroll down far enough under Vacation Summary.

If you don't find it under vacation summary, being you booked thru TA , I believe everything goes through your TA.

 

Being you are outside of final payment can you have your TA check for you about choose 2 program going on?

If I choose a 2 program promo now, it will cost me more than buying it separately. When I originally booked the UBP, there was no service charge. Now there is. If I would rebook with say the UBP and the UDP - it would end up costing me quite a bit more money. Around $700 more.

Added service charge of over $200 and the price of the cruise when up about $150 PP.

Thanks, for the suggestion, though. It just would not benefit me this time.
