I have sailed NCL in the past and most recently in the fall. Can anyone tell me if there are any recent changes to room service ? I know there is a charge for most items, but what about coffe or continental breakfast like items in the morning? When I was on Breakaway in the fall, there was not a charge for coffee Or muffins delivered in the morning.

There is a limited breakfast menu for free. I believe everything you listed is included as of the end of January.

Answer for room service also depends on what type of cabin you are in.

I'm curious: if you get sick and the doctor locks you in your cabin for a few days, do you still get charged the $7.95 each time you use room service?
