Builder31 Posted March 4, 2016 #1 Share Posted March 4, 2016 Going to Belize in a couple of weeks and were looking to do the cave tubing with one of the private companies. But a friend said they did it and they were cold the whole time. Wife hates to be cold. Anyone have input? Thanks.

Did you go and where you cold?
ABQrobin Posted November 10, 2017 #5 Share Posted November 10, 2017 The jungle of Belize is HOT HOT HOT. Air temp will be 80-90 year round, with +80% humidity. The water of the rivers that you tube come down from the mountains. Yes, it is colder than your body temp. But after walking through the jungle for 30+ minutes, it feels oooh sooo refreshing. And honestly, after a few minutes you don't even feel it, you just don't feel like you are going to pass out from the heat. Maybe if it is cloudy and raining you might feel cold, but I think most people are glad to cool off in that water. robin
geeko1 Posted November 10, 2017 #6 Share Posted November 10, 2017 I am going this March and I am a wife that doesn't like to be cold. Did you go and where you cold? It's probably reasonable to expect a tropical jungle to be hot
