Has Anyone used Shore Excursions Group

We booked our cruise with a large online Travel Agent. They are affiliated with Shore Excursion Group to book excursions. They have nice packages for our upcoming summer Mediterranean Cruise. I have seen some very good reviews and some not great reviews. I am apprehensive to trust them to our excursions, but it would make things so much easier. There is not much of a roll call yet and teaming up with other passengers may not be viable.

A good sized thread with a number of comments, which mirror what you state- they have great prices, but have had a number of customer service issues. They are a broker- they don't actually provide the tour. Like the brokers we have dealt with, if you need to contact them, it can be challenging.

Share a shore excursion Italy and shore excursion group are not the same company. Ive used both, and had good results, and am using both again in April. Share a shore for both Florence and a shuttle transport from Rome to port; and shore excursion group for a tour to Monte Carlo and Eze from Cannes.
