Allure - Oasis - self serve wine

On Allure and Oasis I remember there was an area that had a variety of wines. You could pick one of two sizes for the wine to be poured into your glass. First you had to insert your sea pass card so you would be charged. Can you use this self service if you have a beverage package? Any information appreciated!

We had the Ultimate Package on Oasis two years ago and again on Quantium last year...both times I was charged, even for the wines under $10. Argued with Guest Services to have the charges removed since there isn't any signage or communication at the wine bar stating that this particular wines by the glass bar isn't covered in the package. Didn't win.

Maybe it's changed since then, but I'll be asking for confirmation when I try again on Allure in June.
