Scooters in Provence

Has anyone rented a scooter for sightseeing and used it in Aix en Provence. I am concerned that the scooters will not work well on the cobblestones, if there are any. I am not even sure there will be cobblestones, but I know that a regular wheelchair is hard to maneuver on cobblestones. Thanks for the input.

I haven't been to Aix, but I have used a mobility scooter often in France and on cobblestones. France is fairly disabled friendly, so you should be OK.

I take a Pride Go Go Traveller scooter and it copes with the cobbles, but can be a bumpy ride.
